The team at Pearl Cabinets have done not one, but, two kitchens for us! Both houses had beautiful cabinets that were great quality but the stain colours were outdated. We looked at replacing the cabinets but it just felt like a waste of the solid wood ones we already had. Both times we worked with Dave and Kevin to totally transform our cabinets. They are fun and great to deal with. The hardest part is picking the colour! Their spray finish, on the doors & drawer fronts, is what totally sets them apart in my opinion. They honestly look like brand new cabinets and drawers! People cannot believe they are just painted!

We met Dave at the Ideal Home Show and liked him right away. Very friendly and professional. He was very responsive via email and had a quote to us within a week. Our property is located outside of the HRM which didn’t cause any issues at all. The final product is stunning. The quality of work is outstanding and the price was reasonable. Our kitchen cabinets were in need of refreshening after 17 years of daily use. We wanted to retain the existing stain colour and the underlying natural maple look. We also had a couple of drawer fronts that needed to be replaced due to warping and chips. The biggest challenge for Dave was finding the right shade and tone in a new stain, to match the existing cabinets. Dave was able to experiment and was able to come up with an exact match! Overall we were extremely happy with the result. A refresh of the doors, new drawer fronts and new cabinet hardware made our kitchen look new again at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Pearl Cabinets!

After receiving a few quotes to paint our kitchen cabinets we knew after meeting Dave he was the best choice for us. He met with us at our home to discuss the process and to answer any questions we had. He also put us in contact with a trusted professional for countertops. They coordinated to ensure a smooth kitchen remodel. He committed to a date and delivered. He also completed some cabinet work to extend our island and replaced/changed a few cabinet doors to enhance the aesthetic of the kitchen. Dave and his team were professional and did amazing work.

Pearl Cabinets transformed my kitchen at a very reasonable price. They were very easy to deal with and very responsive. I was very happy with the quality of the work. The cabinets have been painted for almost 5 months and have yet to chip or crack. They are very easy to keep clean as well. I highly recommend Pearl.

Dave is incredible. Highly professional. He painted the interior of our whole house, including our kitchen cupboards. What a transformation! Dave's painting was perfect, and he was also a great help with colour selection and he provided some great suggestions and referrals to other professionals when needed (ie, for selecting countertops, electrical work, etc.).
